This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for ticket purchases on 1ClickTickets.
At 1ClickTickets, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both Attendees and Event Organizers, while complying with consumer protection laws including GDPR and EU consumer rights directives.
Important: Refund policies may vary by event. Always check the specific refund policy displayed on the event page before purchasing tickets.
Unless otherwise stated by the Event Organizer, the following standard refund policy applies:
More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of ticket price, minus service fees
8-30 days before the event: 50% refund of ticket price (service fees non-refundable)
Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds available
Note: Service fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer or as required by law.
2.1 Full Refund: If an Event is cancelled by the Organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, including service fees (unless prohibited by law).
2.2 Notification: We will notify you via email within 24 hours of the cancellation and automatically process your refund.
2.3 Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
2.4 Alternative Compensation: In some cases, Organizers may offer alternative compensation such as vouchers or tickets to future events. Acceptance of such offers is voluntary.
3.1 Ticket Validity: If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date.
3.2 Refund Option: If you cannot attend the rescheduled Event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. The refund amount will be determined by the Organizer's policy.
3.3 Significant Changes: If the rescheduled date is more than 6 months from the original date, or the venue changes significantly, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

Response Time: We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
6.1 Right of Withdrawal: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.2 Exception for Events: This right of withdrawal does NOT apply to tickets for events scheduled to take place on a specific date or within a specific period, if you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the end of the 14-day period.
6.3 Consent: By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and consent that the Event may take place before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, and you waive your right of withdrawal for such tickets.
6.4 Exceptions: The above does not apply if the Event is scheduled to take place more than 14 days after your purchase, in which case the standard 14-day cooling-off period applies.
7.1 Refund Data: When you request a refund, we process your personal data to verify your identity, process the refund, and maintain financial records.
7.2 Retention Period: Refund transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
7.3 Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions (Data Protection section).

9.1 Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refund policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and Organizer policies.
9.2 Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your tickets, contact our support team immediately. We may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a refund.
9.3 Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a refund of the duplicate order.
10.1 Internal Resolution: If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your complaint to our customer service team at complaints@1clicktickets.com
10.2 EU Online Dispute Resolution: EU consumers can access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution or the courts.
